Mtn Complaint no assistance

Mtn dont serve their clients they need to make urgent contact with us on *** they keep switching the phones off requesting money every second day. We have phoned mailed complained on their facebook app no response. They keep requesting pins which dont work. They dont send statement we cant see what is the problem. Your staff is obviously not working from home you putting on **** messages. We buy extra topup data which was lost mtn causing us to loose income. The following people Rapula Nyakala., Thato Luka requesting pin and private details from us mtn to contact us emmediatly.
