Mtn complaint MRS N Austin

When Autopage closed, I was moved over to MTN. My Samsung Galaxy that is still under warranty are giving me software problems. I went to a Samsung store who recommended that I get my proof of purchase and give the phone in because its still under warranty. I then went to MTN to ask that they please print out the proof of purchase and they told me to phone Autopage at ***. When I phone this number I get directed to call MTN customer care. So now I am not able to send the phone in because MTN are refusing to help me further that telling me to phone Autopage. I am upset that this is how they treat new customers
