MTN complaint for unfair treatment

I ended my contract with MTN in 2020. MTN did not want to acknowledge my cancelation. I called MTN several times and they still haven't resolved it. Now they have handed over to credit collectors and are threatening to get me blacklisted. I think it's unfair because I have my used MTN services since 2020. I have ported my number and have not used MTN since then
