Mtn complaint

Good morning I posted a complaint the 24th December and it's the 29th no has gotten back to me WOW was a good thing I didn't hold my breath mtn has the worst possible service my sister went to apply for a contract she was told she was decided at Kenilworth center she wen to blueroute then she was told the system was off line she was then sent a sms she was unsuccessful then after words she was successful now she can't take about as she was awarded a contract and she didn't sigh no paper work now she was. Pay cancelation fees please assist as the consultant also didn't even know what happened and how it did happen please can someone help me
