MTN complaint

Good day I went to the Mall@Reds branch on the 15th of August 2024 for an upgrade, I was helped by Patience. I was there for a 2 in 1 deal but she took her sweet time (really really slow and on her own pace because she is doing me a huge favor) to convince me to take 2 of the Huawei contracts. She even got Tebogo from Huawei to talk to me. Eventually after hearing about the 2 x R500 PicknPay vouchers and the x R600 Huawei vouchers (which Tebogo said I could buy a fit watch with) I gave in and took the phones.

I had to go back the next day for Tebogo to help me set up the phone, he promised that the vouchers would be in my mailbox by Monday. I had to go back to the store on the 30th of August when Patience told me that it's not actually a MTN problem because the vouchers are supposed to be sent from Huawei, but she said she would follow up.

I then received voechers from a LetlhogonoloMogapi 2 x R300 PicknPay vouchers expired on the 12th of August. And suddenly I have to spend R6000 rand to get my R600 off from Huawei. I went back to the store on Thursday the 5th of September, I asked the greeter at the door for the area managers details and she told me he was in the shop, so she went to call him. However she came back telling me that it is not MTN's problem to solve but Huawei's. I didn't accept that so I looked into the office and the manager was having breakfast and the area manager was sitting there having a chat, they had NO intention of helping me. I asked them if I was not important enough for the 2 of them and I got shouted at to leave the office. I told Jo Anne, the manager that I was not leaving before she helped me and she pushed me out of her office, I had to use force for her to agree to come out and attend to the matter. She told me that she was not aware of the issue and that she will look into it and get back to me. I have not heard anything from anyone at MTN.
