MTN Complaint

MTN really has had me rate it one of the poor service providers after deciding to take out a contract with them. I signed a contract with MTN that stipulates that MTN does not have compulsory insurance on their contracts and opted for the contract without insurance however, my monthly repauments are being debited with an insurance premium. I have been to the local branches a serveral times. Called the head office amd still not seemingly being assisted. May MTN take responsibility for their bridge of contract.
