MTN COMPLAINT

Greetings.

An agent from MTN called me to offer me a data sim card contract somewhere last year. He has told me that my contact with MTN will only be activated once I have used their data. I sent them an email the same day when I received their sim card cancelling the contract and they issued me with the reference number.

However, I was surprised when they have handed me over to their legal department saying that I owe them. I have not used that data and I have cancelled their contract.

Their Agent offered me a contract under duress and thus it was VOID. I demanded that they remove me from their blacklist but they insist that I should pay them. This is against the Constitution and the Law of Contract.

Please help me.
