MTN complaint

i have been complaining about my account which was supposed to be closed in March already because i called the 083135 to cancel and they said it will be cancelled. To my suprise someone at MTN put my account on month to month after that which has is now R1355.77 and they are telling me that my account is handed over to the collectors and line is deactivated. I have been waiting for over 4 months for someone to get back to me regarding this matter instead i am getting calls from collectors and sms’s that my account will be deactivated. I am really tired of this because i am getting no help at all and i have been a a customer of MTN for more than 20 years and this is how you are treating me. I would not recommend anyone to take a contract with MTN because the customer service is non existing.
