MTN COMPLAINT

I requested a downgrade on two contracts that I had due to financial reasons but MTN gave me an early upgrade without my consent. I am now owning more than R16000,00 and I have since been handed over to the credit beareu and my profile is with collections and I have gone legal. This is the worst experience that I have had with MTN.
