MTN Complaint
I am emigrating and urgently need to close my MTN account. I thought this would be very straight forward, I went into the East Rand Mall branch on Monday 13th and was told that they can't help me. I was told to call the call centre. After repeatedly holding for more than 30 minutes at a time I am cut off. Can someone from MTN please contact me?
