MTN COMPLAINT

Still waiting for a reply to my complaint. Really so disgusted that all my minutes etc were just taken away because of me upgrading to a Laptop. Those minutes were part of my previous package each month and because I tried to save on my minutes you just went ahead and took it away!!! How is this possible?? Please I want an answer asap!!
