Mtn complain

Hi my name is Sihle Sithole i have complain with MTN ,i payed my account on November at MTN Bridge City ,and they paid it to wrong account and i keep on getting the messages that i did not pay and i have send proof of payment but they are failing to allocate my payment,same thing happened in September and they only allocated the funds this year Jan.i am really disappointed with MTN. And my lines are now closed but i pay every month without a fail. From Unhappy client.
