MTN complain

Hi my name is Elina maribeng I went to MTN menlyn for a phone contract and after that I went to make an insurance for the phone and the lady who helped me said that she's done with the insurance I can go come month end I checked my debit order and I saw that they deducted more then I told myself that it's insurance but after a few months I noticed that they are not deducting I went to the store to ask and the guy said he going to send an email to the insurance and I mustn't come to the store he will call me to give me feedback and he didn't call me I went back to the store to ask him he said they didn't respond to the email after that my son was ****** I went to the store their said I must ask the insurance I called them they said I must speak to the manager about the issue I went back to the store and they said the manager is not available and the guy who was helping me said he's going to call the manager and he came back to say that the manager said there is nothing that can be done the lady who was helping me is Bianca.
