Mtn competitions are ****mmms

My mtn cellphone contract was due for an upgrade in november 2020 and i recieved a call from mtn consultant letting me that i can upgrade before november and even better if i upgrade to sumsung s20 and enter a draw would stand a chance to win prices and i did app**** for an upgrade and entered the draw so the competition ended on the 31 of july.i was contacted by a consultant sayin that i won 75 inch sumsung led tv and wanted to confirmed my residential address so that the tv can be send to me,said that the i should expect it within two weeks.two moths passed and i called them to find out on what couldve happened to it since nothing was send to me,they gave me a case number***)and said they will get back to me.a month later they send a message to congradulate me on winning a tv and that it will be sent to me as soon as possible.Here i am still waiting to here from them or the tv to arrive
