MTN - **** company, **** service!

After trying for a week to get a response from this cirus of a company regarding a new contract that I wanted, I eventually went into one of their stores at Mall of The North. It took 2 hours for them to process the application, which was approved. They had to order the phone from their warehouse and advised that it would be delivered to me.

Today, I get a call from the branch manager, telling me that the phone has been delivered to the store and that I can come in and collect it. After arriving at the store, I am made to wait, yet again. Eventually when someone assists me, and I go througgh finger print processes, I get told that a new application has been submitted and that I now have to wait for appoval!

So, after a song and dance, it turns out that someone, simply cancelled my APPROVED contract, forcing me to apply, yet again!

What bull**** is this? They make me leave my business to collect the phone, and then tell em my contract is cancelled and I must apply for a new one. Now they tell me they are waiting for appoval and cannot say how long it will take!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom leads the cell phone industry in this country for a reason! Even though it cant be difficult to compete with this ****py sevice from MTN.
