MTN committing *****

My wife and I were contacted by MTN to upgrade our contracts in May which we did . My contract was upgraded and was sent my new SIM card . My wife however never received her SIM cards . MTN then **********ly added another contract to her account without her consent which resulted in her bank account debited by R 843 and R799. After numerous phone calls to MTN all we received was that they were looking into the matter. Please expose MTN for their unexcusable *****.
