MTN committing *****

MTN must be investigated for ***** . They are blatantly conning the public . I had a month to month contract for home internet . They sent me a router via courier . After I missed a month last year July I paid them double so I can be up to date . They then refused to turn my internet back on so I reversed my 1 debit order that I didn't get internet for an asked them to close my account . They closed it an reopened it the next month saying I must return the router to a store. I'm 100s of kilometers from a store . Other providers collect there routers . An worse part of all is they kept charging me an now they want 10000 rand to close the account . Yet I never had internet even though they were charging me. Let me remind you this is a month to month contract so it's pay as you go an cancel at anytime . Yet they find a loop hole by saying you must return the router . They are ****mers . Check there website it clearly states month to month contract an cancel anytime . An how can they expect you to return the router if you don't have means to get to a store . MTN needs to be investigated I already sort legal advise . MTN is the **** of the earth just more proof of the *******ion in south Africa
