MTN commit ***** and then refuse to fix

So I travelled out of the country from 9 th to 19th November 2016. I did not activate roaming on my phone. When i arrived back in the country my airtime balance was R2.92. I should have received a top up amount of R350 on the 11th, therefore my balance had to be greater than that amount since I couldnt have made any calls whilst overseas since my roaming was not active. I contacted mtn on the 19th, they said they would investigate. After no follow up I called them again on the 23rd. They said they could not find any reference on their system. So i logged another call and was promised feedback io 2-72. It has now be over 96 and nothing has been done. The consultants i chatted too confirmed there had been no calls on my phone between the 9th and 19th. MTN are blantantly *****ing and they are refusing to fix it!!

My reference is ********** 54
