MTN Columbine Square

I have been trying to rectify my contract for the past 2 weeks now with no luck and have been trying get my 30GB since upgrade and I have booked it in with the Store on the 6th June 2018 as it had technical errors so I was advise by Bongani I will get on 8th June 2018 but told me excuses say "Driver is on leave and they can't get a standby driver and it's coming from Clearwater" so my Tablet is going to delay! I called Bongani today 12th June 2018 asking about arrival of my Tablet and me not getting my 30GB that I suppose to get which I never receive he has no answer for me why I never receive it? Please advise what kind of service is MTN Columbine Square is giving us I have been patient with them and I have been with loyal customer with MTN for the last 8years upgrading my contracts I never receive this poor service nxa!@
