MTN COLOMBINE SQUARE !!! BAD SERVICE ,WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN !!! VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL!!!

<p>In a nutshell this is a complaint of a new MTN contract, i recieved my data,sms and minutes the first month and was not billed ,i recieved it the second month as well, then when MTN did debit my account in the second month they debited more than they suppose to, i signed a contract at MTN Colombine for R219, therefore 219 multiply by 2 is 438, however i was billed R508, when i question it ,Sbonelo Mathe (Manager) and Jabu Hlongwane ,who in my opinion (the customer)does not know how to do their job, please see below email i sent to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I agree that they must charge me for the pro data that they had given me on the 14th of Jan,however it still does not add up, how can you guys charge me an amount of R253.82 pro data if I was only suppose to be paying R219.00 for my whole contract in total? ,shouldn't the pro data be less than R219 ? Also I am charged R262.28 for the full month afterwards , WHY ???? When i signed a contract for an amount of R219 ???? and when I took out this contract at the store you clearly told me that this will be R219 no additional cost and that it includes VAT..... so Why am I being charged R62.42 for VAT ???? i asked you this in the store and you told me R219 is including everything . Fix this as it's suppose to be , as I said I agree with the pro data amount , but that should add up to R438.00 (219×2) for the two months that I got my data and minutes and sms. i should not be charged VAT as you already told me in store that the R219 includes everything including VAT</p>
