MTN Collections Department totally useless

I would like to express my ordeal with the MTN collections department, whom I have been emailing for several weeks with no successful contact. They sent me a bill to pay via email with no invoice, banking details, and reference number attached. How am I to thumb suck who am I paying and how will my payment be allocated...I have lots of questions that need to be attended to but i cant even reach them telephonically.
