MTN Collapse!!!

MTN - A complete disaster trying to get an invoice!!! Absolutely ridiculous - to say the least!!! It has become a monthly mission to retrieve an invoice from this company. - however never fails to debit my account on time??? Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone senior as the agents all sing from a different hymn sheet - giving out inconsistent information to the client. What has happened MTN - a total collapse in your level of service???
