MTN - CODE OF CONDUCT - FALSE CLAIM

MTN - I have telephoncally requested an itemised bill 3 times via the help line and the request was also submitted by MTN Greenstone. At the Greenstone branch when I complained that the online request procedure had already failed three times, I was told that there are no customer contact managers to whom I could escalate my request and by now frustrations to in trying to get this simple document. By now I have probably been charged for 4 itemised billing requestes (as itimised billing is not part of my contract) but to date I have not received one copy. MTN YOU HAVE ENSURED THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY BUT HAVE FAILED TO HONOUR A REQUEST TO SUPPLY ME WITH DETAILS OF WHAT I AM PAYING FOR - AND NOBODY AT MTN CARES. I am definitley moving all 4 of my MTN accounts to Vodacom. I had a phone ion for repair under insurance at MTN and it was with you for 6 months = 25% of the contract life time. I have had enough. Surely your agents should have a number to offer customers who have an unresolved issue? I guess I could submit this request eternally via your 808 line and I can whip up a storm of charges and never recieve the requested bill.

Reviewer Update

I see a business response to my review has been recorded- well no - a REPLY was received to state that MTN would look into it - NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. MTN get your act together PLEASE. Rather say nothing than publish falsehoods. Mr Loots - where are you now? I need my bill - why is MTN's customer service so outrageously uncaring? is there anybody in the MTN customer care service Division who actually cares about customer service? Is there anyone who could just take a little extra step and deliver on a basic, simple request?
