MTN - CO OPERATES WITH ******

+1 yr ago I became a victim of *****/identity theft. I remember receiving a phone call from an mtn agent in Durban phoning to let me know confirm& that my phone sets are about to be delivered. I told the agent that I have never ordered such stuff but he needs to do something about it...pretend a delivery with the ********* and nab him/her...guess what the agent said; 'don't worry ma'am I will cancel the order' and he put the phone down. He showed no interest at all to try fight crime. Now the ******* has been trying to do a swim-swap since thru MTN since again and is failing for now. I am so upset with MTN, I have previously informed them if this situation but no initiative to combat crime in their side at all but instead MTN is co-operating with this *******...I will never become an MTN customer!

EXPLAIN PLEASE...IF YOU ARE NOT INTELLIGENT ENOUGH YOU WILL FAIL...THESE MESSAGES ARE FROM MTN FOR SURE...I NEED A SOLID ANSWER WHEN YOU REPLY...

Port ID ********** ********** MTNSP ********** ********** Alice, this info comes from my service provider's systems and it comes from MTN as one of you is trying his or her silly ***** s****s with my phone no'...i hope it makes sense to you...no further details but that's it. There's a *********/syndicate within your organization, sadly you seem to be protecting the ***** (s) for some unknown reason. Please investigate this matter, get your ***** dept involved and get back to me.
