MTN Client Service#WINN

Was irritated by receiving sms notification while I am busy with a phonecall. I wrote MTN an email in this regard, today 2021/08/30. I was called by a very friendly lady, who's name I did not hear. She said it wil get attention immidiately and the sms notification will be cancelled for me. I am a MTN client since we started using cell phones. Never had any problems with my account, debit order of anything else.
