MTN CLIENT SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

I have been a contract holder with MtN for the last 10 years and never had any issues with them. I renewed my contract with them in January 2020 and for the last 2 months my services has been suspended after payment has been made. You struggle to speak to a "Service Champion" emails does not get answered. I eventually got hold of a "Service Champion" today just to be told I am in arrears of R1400.00 and I have been paying my account via EFT every single month with a few sents more than what the statement say i need to pay. BUT I AM IN ARREARS!!!!!!! How the hell do you get too that MTN?????? I was always a very satisfied client with you and always recommended MTN to friends and family but that has STOPPED!!!! I was even enquiring about taking out another data / rooter contract with you but with this nonsense decided to rather go with VODACOM. Application was smooth and delivery will take place within the next 72 hours.

AND I AM STILL SITTING WITH SUSPENDED SERVICE.........
