MTN Client service sucks

Dear Mtn I am currently very unhappy with the service I'm getting from you customer care. I've been trying for a few days and 20 calls between your contract department and prepaid deposit and nobody is able to assist me with blacklisting my device both departments keep transferring me from one to the other, I need assistance asap as I need to claim from my insurance and you guys are not giving me any joy, I've even spoken to team leader Siphiwe and still haven't heard from hi.
