MTN CLIENT SERVICE IS HORRIBLE / TERRIBLE THE WORST EVER

MTN Customers means nothing to them , MTN Client Service is terrible How can one have a Bill Dispute from April - October that is so impossible and no one absolutely no one has the decency to even acknowledge my complaint and advise accordingly .... What happened to treating customers fairly I want the error made under my name rectified ASAP
