MTN cleverly hiding blatant theft as poor service and bureaucracy
I have been trying for more than 10 years to cancel an MTN debit order on my small business account. Its only R150 a month but we have had NO VALUE from it for over a decade. it was a data ****le we needed way back. I went into the store and wrote a letter. then I got an affidavit. this was years ago. more recently I instructed my bankers to reject it. which happened but then double charge next month. i don't have time to queue for ************ telecoms operators. if they had cancelled when i asked or accepted my bank cancellation it would be over. but now i want a refund to cover my hassle and expense.
