MTN Clearwatermall - How can we NOT help!
Terminated my contract and claimed that they tried to contact me twice to let me know of a problem but my phone went to voicemail. Never left a voicemail or a sent me textmessage. When I came into the store to complain salesman raised his voice to me and gave me lousy customer service. Then proceeded to tell me that the contract had gone through and that I was charged double because i was issued a phone - which I never was! What a mess!!

09 Oct 2018, 10:35Thank you for your prompt reply, much appreciated. I have since used the second, smaller MTN store at Clearwater Mall which has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. What a difference just from one store to another.
