Mtn Clearwater Service level bad and unhelpful

Did upgrade for samsung ultra s 20+ at mtn clear water with a samsung smart tv. never received the tv and trying to resolve it since march 2020 even the managers are not very helpful. escalated it to ombudsman at mtn no call or email from any party. Service level is very bad...
