MTN Clearwater... Pathetic

I stopped in at the Clearwater branch at 14.30 28 June. There was only one young lady in the shop with her face buried in her cell phone, oblivious to everything around her. After a few minutes of being ignored I interrupted her. She sort of looked up and said with irritation that she did in fact work at MTN.so I said that I would not bother her anymore. She just ignored me and carried on looking at her phone. At this display of arrogance and bad manners I left the shop.
