MTN Clearwater appalling. dreadful, ********** service.

On the 22nd November 2025 I purchased IPHONE 16 PRO at MTN Clearwater, 9th December 2025 I returned the phone due to the screen freezing. To date MTN is still giving us the run around. The excuses ranged from, staff shortage over the December period to the phone been discontinued and they will try and source another phone. Tebo from MTN, the service I received from you is worst than visiting the dentist for a root canal. My eldest son is also trying to resolve a matter with MTN Constantia for the pass 18 months. MTN, give way for other competent Network Operators. My next step is to report MTN to ICASA. Tebo/MTN Lookout for that correspondence.
