MTN Clearwater

MTN Clearwater has no sense of urgency. You have to drive there everyday to push them to do their jobs. My ported number still doesn't work. I am stuck because of their incompetence. I spent few hours on the phone last Friday asking them to do their job, i was told everything is done on their side, it's Tuesday and my line is still not working. Now the turn around time has passed and no more excuses. The whole day I have been calling them, "they will call me back". What must happen now, apparently the port department are only reached by email, yes they can't call them to get assistance. They will keep on emailing while you have no working cellphone but the debit order will run smoothly. The team is soo ***********, they don't know what they are doing. Greenstone MTN is better in terms of service, if you don't want to lose business or you don't want headache, stay far away from MTN Clearwater. In fact their system has issues so if you don't plan on using a new number, just stay away from MTN.
