Mtn clear my name because I fully paid.

Good day.

I am writing this email with a heavy heart because I feel like I am being failed by mtn and nudert. I may have skipped paying on 2024 and was handed over to nudert which I made sure that I pay from Sep 2024-Feb 2025 was even given paid up Letter by nudert to show that I have fully paid but everytime when I go to mtn my account still show in collection which denies me the opportunity to buy a new phone via mtn it has been months of stress going up and down to mtn branches making calls but none of those really help. Tickets logged, but nothing is happening.
