MTN Claims sucks

2 weeks ago my cellphone fell from my overall pocket while working a windmill. The cellphone screen crashed, I took phone to a cellphone shop as I was in a huge hurry to have my phone fixed, they didn't have a screen for it. Then I decided I will claim for it, as I have cellphone insurance. I got the forms from MTN, I filled these in, then MTN insurance said the IMEI no's don't match, the IMEI number they hadn't changed for the past 6 years. I phoned MTN, and was told the number I supp**** to claims was correct. Again after many emails and phone calls, MTN claims still don't seem to be interested in repairing my phone. I have had a couple of contracts with MTN, as well as insurance for more than 15 years. Each query you have, you get a different phone agent. Unfortunately MTN has the best signal in my area, but I am now fed-up with there poor service.
