MTN Claims Dept is useless!!

My device got ******, I struggled to blacklist the phone with MTN Prepaid Dept for almost a week, finally I was able to submit all claim documents on 29 Dec 2023, after several calls the claim was sent for assessment only on 03 Jan 2024 but still to date I haven't received any feedback!!! This is so frustrating! I wouldn't recommend insurance with MTN!!
