MTN claims debit order despite cancellation

<p>My wife has requested over a year ago that our 2 MTN contracts be converted to pre-paid. Despite several very frustrating follow up calls to the useless call centre they have still not done it and continues to claim the debit order every month. We stopped the debit order at the bank but every month they just try again a few days later. </p>
