MTN CLAIMS AND CREDIT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT SERVICE IS DISAPPOINTING

Cellphone insurance. Submitted a claim in JANUARY 2024. I have been speaking to a lady called Cerleaze Jacobs who spoke about allocating my payments. none have been allocated till this day . I have been given the runaround by every MTN number i call. I cannot keep paying for a phone i do not have. This will be the 3rd month of waiting to be assisted. No this is not right, can i recieve some effecient assistance . This is really upsetting!
