MTN CLAIMS
My experience with the MTN Claims Facilitator was professional, prompt and excellent. The response time from the agent Pamela Matsheke was great, she facilitated my claim in a matter of an a hour or so, i then received a call from the underwriters who went through the whole process of me getting my phone repaired. WE NEED MORE PAMELA MATSHEKE'S IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY.
