MTN claim to respond to an issue but never do
Impossible to get any feedback. Countless calls to an *********** call center only to get messed around by being put on hold for hours until one gives up and two posts here on hellopeter whereby MTN complaints department responded to on both and claimed to contact me but no response whatsoever.

This matter is now outstanding for approximately 2 months.
Replying with the same response over and over again does not resolve the issue.
