MTN Claim

My Mother submitted a claim last week and she was told that she will get a response within 48hrs, till today nobody from MTN has contacted her. When I called them yesterday they said they still processing, after how long will they approve this claim????? My family and I will never use their services at all. Our brand loyalty for MTN is broken will never use their services again, this is not how they suppose to be treating their customers!!!!
