MTN CIM LEGAL REFUND NIGHTMARE

I have been awaiting my refund of R1500 that I paid extra by mistake on my account since October 2022. CIM legal is a nightmare and trying to call there you will be sent from pillar to post. I app**** for my refund last year October and only got response in May this year asking for my banking details again that were in the refund request form. Since May I have not heard from MTN cim legal, I keep chasing up and getting auto reply emails that I will be assisted within 24hrs, which is a big lie. I am willing to beg whoever to get my money because R1500 is a lot for me. The way you are quick to handover people, be that quick in this matter I AM SO ANNOYED.
