MTN CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER

My uncle's two data contracts was due for a upgrade in November 2023, Consultant from MTN phoned him and offered him 400gb for R400 on both contacts. and MTN only giving 300gb a month. Since December 2023 he is been tiring to contact MTN to sort out the issue, all the Consultant form FNB do not want to help.
