MTN cheating their customers again

MTN has not notified me of the end of my oontract. As per ICASA rules 40 to 80 days prior to coming to an end. I contacted them, they have even debited me a third more than the contract fee, and put me on Post Paid. Everytime I get through to their call center, the agent cuts the call when I complain. my last call almost lasted 40 minutes and they cut the call?
