MTN cheating

According to a response REQ:*** by a certain Ebbedene from MTN my query was resolved and I have to make arrangements to pay. This person has only helped deepen my view that theirs is a company employing *********** staff. MTN overcharged me and claimed there was no limit on my call and data usage on the account set. A check on reference number *** dated 27 July 2014 will reveal that a limit was set. I therefore demand that MTN credits me all the overcharging that happened on my line since July 2014 with immediate effect and apologise because they chose an absurd way of making a quick buck by preying on unsuspecting customers.
