MTN Chatsworth Centre

Good day

The service from Laurene at the MTN store in Chatsworth centre is pathetic.

I have about 10 business contracts with MTN.

I go to the store to ask something the invites me in and tells me to go through.

I walk in this lady comes running up to me points her finger at me and tells me I can't go any further. I ask her for her name as she has no name badge. Her mask was on her chin she came into my personal space to stop me. This is totally unacceptable behavior and she said she is the manager but refused to give me her name.

Because of her actions and the treatment she provides I'm honestly considering to move my entire portfolio to another network as I can't get any service in this store which is my preferred store because I own a store in this mall. This is totally unacceptable especially for a company run store.
