MTN CHARGING PREMIUMS AFTER SUCCESSFULL CONTRACT CANCELLATION

Hi there, Am having a problem with MTN. Problem started when i decided to cancel a month on month contract that i took with them. I canceled contract in October and was told i must pay for November even though i haven't use the services which i did, all that happened at the MTN outlet in Thavhani Mall. The consultant said to me after that i wont be billed any more. but to my surprise MTN went and billed me for December also that would be paying for two premiums that i didn't use dispite that the contract is cancelled as is a month based contract.
