MTN CHARGING ME FOR ROUTER I NEVER APP**** FOR NOR RECIEVE.

Hi There,

I have a cellphone contract with MTN and then last year around October they debited more money than expected when i enquired with them they said i app**** for a router of which i did not apply for nor received. I told them that i never app**** for a router and there was no router delivered to my house. I wrote an affidavit and logged a ***** complaint with MTN till today they have not done anything about it. When I go to pay for my cellphone contract, they tell me I am owing so much money and if I pay the cellphone the money will be allocated to the interests. I have not been paying my monthly premium because of that. I am tired of waiting for them to resolve this as they are still charging me for something I don't have.
