MTN charging me and i DON'T HAVE A PHONE!!!
DISGUSTED WITH POOR SERVICE...I upgraded my MTN package and received the new phone on the 9th June 2015 which was the Blackberry 9720. The phn was giving me problems with setting up email and thereafter not reading my sim card at all. We contacted MTN to cancel new contract on the 15th June 2015 which was within 5 working days and was told we cannot cancel.

I logged a complaint on the MTN website on the 19th June 2015 but received no response, this is the reference no : *** [#***3]. I went to MTN at the Glen on the 6th July 2015 , was assisted by Dorothy who took the phone in and sent the necessary documentation to cancel. Ref no : ***

We have since sent numerous emails, made numerous calls to MTN but my contract still reflects the new upgrade even though I no longer have the phone in my possession.

The contract is in IH Cassim ***
